No bags are allowed except diaper bags, medical supply bags, or a small clutch or fanny pack measuring 5"x 9" or less. There are full-service food and beverage stands with items such as hot dogs, pizza, nachos, chicken strips, and more. Outside food and drinks are prohibited except for one sealed bottle of water. Clover Park is a CASHLESS facility.

From Rt. 17
South Take Lake St. exit east (Bergen Co. 2 - will become Grand Ave.in Montvale) which ends on Middletown Rd., Montvale. Take right on Middletown Rd. which will become River Vale Rd. Follow directions above.
From Rt. 4
Take exit onto Kinderkamack Rd. (Bergen Co. 503 North) Continue into Hillsdale to Piermont Ave. Turn right at the Piermont Ave. light. Piermont Ave. ends after 1.5 miles at Rivervale Rd. Turn right; River Vale Town Hall is 800 ft. on your left with the library in the back. Look for the blue and white Library sign on Rivervale Rd.
From Teaneck Road
Take Teaneck Rd. (towards Bergenfield). Teaneck Rd. becomes Washington Ave., then Schraalenberg Rd. Travel about 7.5 miles into Harrington Park. Turn left onto Harriot Ave., which becomes Rivervale Rd. After the traffic light at Rivervale Rd. and Westwood Ave., the library is about 1 mile further on your right, diagonally across from Holdrum School and behind Town Hall. Look for the blue and white Library sign on Rivervale Rd.
From Tappan Zee Bridge
Take NYS Thruway (287 West) to exit 13S to Palisades Interstate Parkway. Stay on Parkway to Exit 6W (Orangeburgh Rd.), turn right at end of ramp. Turn left at 4th light onto Blue Hill Rd., which becomes Orangeburgh Rd. when entering River Vale. Orangeburgh Rd. ends at Rivervale Rd. Turn left and travel about 2 miles. Town Hall is on your left with the library in the back. Look for the blue and white Library sign on Rivervale Rd.
From the George Washington Bridge
Go north on Palisades Interstate Parkway for about 15 miles to Exit 6W (Orangeburgh Rd.). Follow Tappan Zee Bridge or Rt. 4 /Teaneck Rd. directions.
From Garden State Parkway North
Take Exit 172: Montvale/Grand Ave. (last exit in NJ). Bear right onto Grand Ave. Travel for about 3 miles until it ends at Middletown Rd. Turn right onto Middletown Rd., which becomes Rivervale Rd. After about 2.5 miles, the River Vale Town Hall is on your left with the library in the back. Look for blue and white Library sign on Rivervale Rd.
From New York State Thruway
Take exit for Garden State Parkway. Stay on Parkway for about 1.5 miles to Schoolhouse Rd. exit. Turn left onto Schoolhouse Rd., which becomes Spring Valley Rd. At the 2nd light, turn left on to Grand Ave: follow directions above.
